■募集背景:弊社のお客様において海外関連の需要が年々高まっています。この状況に応えるため、海外のグループ子会社(インド)に自

Background of Recruitment:The demand for overseas-related services among our clients has been increasing year by year. To respond to this
trend, we have established a Captive Center in our overseas group subsidiary in India as our dedicated development base. In addition, we
are setting up a new division to promote the expansion of offshore development utilizing this Captive Center. This promotion division will be
responsible for formulating our offshore development strategy, coordinating sales activities in collaboration with our digital marketing and
field sales teams, and working with the delivery departments of our overseas group subsidiaries. We are recruiting a technical and quality
management professional as a core member of this new organization. In the future, we envision this individual taking on the role of business
leader for this operation.
Note: A Captive Center refers to a dedicated development base established by a company exclusively for its own operations.

構成員として活動いただきます。

Specific responsibilities include:
・Requesting work from offshore partners
・Creating design specifications for offshore projects
・Explaining projects and developments to offshore teams
・Conducting quality checks on deliverables
・Progress management and reporting

1バイリンガル(日・英)
2モデルベースを用いた製品開発・シュミレーション経験)
3プロジェクト管理経験
望ましいスキル:
・ブリッジSE(ブリッジエンジニア)経験
・オフショア開発プロジェクト管理経験
・車載・重機・建機・農機機器の開発経験(ソフト・電子)
・モデルベース開発のためのツール利用経験(Vector製品、dSPACE製品、MATLAB、SimScape、Simcenter Amesim等)
・HILS・MILS・(SILS)を用いたシミュレーション経験
・制御ソフトウェア関連の営業経験
・プロジェクト成功を導くため、顧客と社内(海外)の調整
・海外滞在or出張歴
・多業界での就業経験

Required Skills(All of the skills are required):
1,Bilingual (Japanese and English proficiency)
2.Experience in product development and simulation using model-based approaches
3.Project management experience
Preferred Skills:
・Experience as a Bridge System Engineer (Bridge SE)
・Experience managing offshore development projects
・Experience in developing in-vehicle equipment, heavy machinery, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery (software or electrical systems)
・Experience using tools for model-based development (e.g., Vector products, dSPACE products, MATLAB, SimScape, Simcenter Amesim,
etc.)
・Experience with simulations using HILS, MILS, or SILS
・Sales experience related to control software
・Ability to coordinate between clients and internal (overseas) teams to ensure project success
・Experience living or traveling overseas for business
・Work experience across multiple industries
