● Gathering business requirements from our internal and external stakeholders.
● Defining the strategy and roadmap for our Smart Shopping cart and associated
products within the overall company strategy.
● Coordinating rollouts, processing feedback and maintaining relationships for new and
existing products.

＜Role＞
The Senior Product Manager
・Provide strategic product leadership, develop roadmaps, and manage the product portfolio.
・Oversee business models, service plans, revenue, and ROI management.
・Manage product policies, including SLA, UI, and customer satisfaction.
・Foster seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while strengthening the organization.

・プロダクト戦略的リーダーシップ、ロードマップを策定、プロダクトポートフォリオを管理
・ビジネスモデル・サービスプランと収益とROI管理
・プロダクトポリシー管理（SLA、UI、顧客満足度など）
・社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑な協力体制の構築、組織の強化

＜Responsibilities＞
①Gather, validate and quantify business requirements from stakeholders in line with
product strategy metrics and communicate these with the development team.
②Interact with Retailers on sight to optimize in-store operation and product quality.
③Facilitate cross-company, -team and -language communication.
④Work in an Agile iterative lifecycle development process, manage stakeholders while
defending the roadmap.

＜職務内容＞
①ステークホルダーからビジネス要件を収集、検証、定量化し、プロダクト戦略の指標に沿って開発チームに伝える。
②小売業者と現場で直接やり取りし、店舗運営の最適化と製品品質の向上を図る。
③会社全体、チーム間、言語間のコミュニケーションを円滑に進める。
④アジャイルの反復型開発プロセスで業務を進め、ステークホルダーを管理しながらロードマップを維持・推進する。

1.4 to 5 years of experience in project or product management
2.Experience in developing scalable systems
3.Proven experience collaborating with multiple teams and managing stakeholders
4.Passion for product strategy and a continuous pursuit of quantitative success
5.Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to uncertain situations
6.Business-level Japanese and English skills
7.Bachelor's degree or higher

想定年収：1000万円～1500万円
※上記には固定残業代（20～45時間分／85,800円～320,288円）を含む
